SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co., represented by SAL cargo ground handling division, signed, on June 9, a new strategic agreement with Fly Khiva Group LLC to provide comprehensive integrated solutions covering air cargo ground handling services. 
Under this agreement, SAL will provide comprehensive operational services ensuring the seamless flow of Fly Khiva Group LLC Company’s operations in the Kingdom. These services include, among others, cargo ground handling, aircraft loading and offloading, and other ramp operations for flights operated, according to a statement to Tadawul.
There is no set value, services are paid for on demand and in accordance with the prices specified in the agreement, SAL said, noting that the agreement is valid for one year and could be renewed.
The deal expected to have a positive impact on its financial results over the duration of the agreement. No related parties are included, the statement added.
