SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co. (SABIC AN) extended today, May 18, its memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Co. (SALIC) for an additional three years from the expiry date of the current agreement.
The MoU will be extended under the same terms and conditions, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The extension reflects both parties’ commitment to continuing strategic cooperation to explore and develop joint opportunities that contribute to enhancing food security and addressing environmental challenges, the statement added.
The company said there is currently no material financial impact, noting that any significant related developments will be disclosed in due course.
In July 2022, SABIC AN and SALIC signed an MoU to explore global joint commercial and innovation opportunities aimed at enhancing food security and addressing growing environmental challenges, which was previously extended in March 2024, according to Argaam’s data.
