The Quality of Life Program (QOLP) contributed SAR 78 billion to Saudi Arabia’s gross domestic product (GDP), exceeding the target of SAR 77.1 billion through 2025. 
The program’s contribution to non-oil revenues also reached SAR 20.6 billion, surpassing the target of SAR 9.65 billion.
The contribution to non-government investment reached SAR 21.8 billion by the end of 2025, more than 10.9x above the 2018 baseline, the program added in its annual report.
With regard to employment, the program successfully created 387,000 jobs by the end of 2025, improving 6.35% year-on-year (YoY).
The report also stated that the program’s sectors witnessed notable growth, reflected in the increased contribution of its initiatives to local content, exceeding the target of 37% by achieving 44% by the end of 2025.
The culture, tourism, sports, and entertainment sectors witnessed significant growth in events, infrastructure, and community participation. Saudi tourism destinations welcomed well over 32 million tourists during the Saudi summer season alone (+26% YoY), while total tourism spending reached nearly SAR 53.2 billion (+15% YoY).
