The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) closed investor orders for its September domestic issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program, allocating SAR 1.64 billion, the center said in a statement today, Sept. 15.

The issuance was divided into six tranches. The first, valued at SAR 205 million, will mature in 2029. The second totaled SAR 650 million and will mature in 2031.

The third tranche amounted to SAR 50 million and will mature in 2033, while the fourth and fifth totaled SAR 25 million and SAR 5 million, maturing in 2036 and 2039, respectively.

The last tranche is valued at SAR 705 million, maturing in 2041.
