In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the project will be built on a site in Riyadh’s Khuzam district at an estimated cost of SAR 41 million, including construction works, air-conditioning systems, elevators, a theater, furnishings, technology equipment, and other facilities.

The project will be financed through the company’s internal resources and bank facilities.

NCLE said construction is scheduled to begin during the Q1 2026/2027 and is expected to be completed during Q4 of the same year.

Souhaib Alhafez Co. Partners for Contracting (SMBA) was appointed as the main contractor for construction and finishing works, while furnishing and equipment contracts will be awarded at a later stage.

The company expects the project to positively impact its financial results once the educational complex begins operations in Q1 2027/2028 as scheduled.
