Nayifat Finance Co.’s total financing portfolio reached approximately SAR 1.79 billion by the end of the second quarter of 2026, said CEO Khalid AlJenaidel.

He told Argaam that the company is focused on building a high-quality portfolio and maintaining credit discipline.

The company’s non-performing loans (NPL) ratio within the financing portfolio stood at 15.95% by the end of Q2 2026. The management is operating under a plan aimed at improving portfolio quality and enhancing collection efficiency, while taking the necessary measures to achieve a gradual improvement in this indicator over the coming periods, AlJenaidel said.

He also stated that Nayifat’s Q2 2026 results reflect the continued implementation of its strategy, aimed at improving the quality of the financing portfolio, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening collection efforts, which contributed to supporting profitability and maintaining a disciplined approach to risk management.

Moreover, consumer finance and SME financing are among the key products contributing to the company’s revenue and profitability. Nayifat continues to develop its financing products in line with customer needs, while contributing to the diversification of revenue sources, the CEO said.

Regarding the sectors and products expected to support the company’s growth in the coming period, he said that Nayifat will continue its measured expansion in consumer finance and SME financing, alongside strengthening collection efforts and improving operational efficiency.

“We continuously evaluate sectors and opportunities that align with our strategy and market needs,” AlJenaidel said.

“Nayifat also aims to launch new financing products in the future,” he added.

Regarding the company’s market share, AlJenaidel said that Nayifat is focused on strengthening its competitiveness by diversifying financing solutions, improving the customer experience, and maintaining portfolio quality, which will support its long-term position in the market.

As per Argaam’s data, Nayifat reported a net profit of SAR 60.1 million for H1 2026, leaping 54% from SAR 39.1 million in the same period last year. The second-quarter net earnings soared 137% to SAR 36.9 million from SAR 15.57 million a year earlier.
