National Gypsum Co. said it was unable to publish its preliminary financial results for the period ended June 30, 2026, within the specified additional deadline, as it has yet to receive the final report from its external auditor,
In a statement to Tadawul, the company attributed the delay to the external auditor continuing to complete certain additional technical procedures, which require engaging independent valuation firms and preparing specialized reports, resulting in additional time beyond the company’s control.
The company has provided the external auditor with all required data and documents, noting that the review and audit procedures are still ongoing.
Financial results will be published upon completion of the audit procedures and approval of the preliminary financial statements, it added.
The relevant financial impact cannot be determined at present, adding that it will be disclosed upon completion of the audit procedures.
It noted that the procedures for suspending trading in listed securities under the Listing Rules will apply to the company. It will also provide monthly updates on its inability to publish the financial results and will disclose without delay any material developments.
The company reaffirmed commitment to complying with the regulations and implementing rules issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Listing Rules, and to completing the required procedures as soon as possible.
