This comes in accordance with the proposed plan to address the company’s accumulated losses after they reached half of its capital and to continue the company’s operations, pursuant to Article (132) of the Companies Law.
According to data available with Argaam, Naseej shareholders were scheduled to vote on the board’s recommendation, issued in July 2026, to increase the company’s capital via a SAR 163.5 million rights issue to settle the company’s financial obligations and support its future growth strategy.
