Nama Chemicals Co. said it was unable to publish on Tadawul its preliminary financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026, within the specified regulatory deadline.

In a Tadawul statement, the company explained that the delay is due to the non-completion of audit work related to the consolidated annual financial statements for 2025 and preliminary financial results for the period ended on March 31, 2026.

The company also said it is currently taking the necessary steps to appoint an external auditor for the second, third, and fourth quarters and the annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2026, as well as the first quarter of 2027, through the general assembly, which will be announced in due course.

Procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will be applied on the stock in accordance with the listing rules, it added.

The company will announce any subsequent developments regarding its inability to publish financial results on a monthly basis, while committing to announcing without delay any material developments.

According to Argaam’s data, Tadawul suspended trading on Nama’s stock on April 1 for one session. The stock was suspended again on April 30, due to its failure to duly publish its annual financial statements for 2025.
