Nama Chemicals Co. said it was unable to publish its preliminary financial results for the three-month period ended March 31, 2026, on Tadawul within the specified regulatory deadline. 
In a Tadawul statement, the company explained that the delay is due to the non-completion of audit work related to the consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 2025.
Procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will be applied on the stock in accordance with the listing rules, it added.
The company will announce any subsequent developments regarding its inability to publish financial results on a monthly basis, while committing to announcing without delay any material developments.
According to Argaam’s data, Tadawul suspended trading on Nama’s stock on April 1, 2026 for one session. The stock was suspended again on April 30, due to the company’s failure to duly publish its annual financial statements for the period ended on Dec. 31, 2025.
