Nahdi Medical Co.’s shareholders approved the election of the board of directors from among the nominated candidates for the upcoming four-year term, which will commence on Oct. 5, 2026 and end on October 4, 2030.

This decision was made during the ordinary genera meeting (OGM) held on Sept. 27.

The newly elected board members are Yasser Joharji (executive), Abdullah Al Nahdi (non-executive), Yasser binmahfouz (non-executive), Hammam Bahareth (non-executive), Abdullatif Al-Saif (independent), Romain Fogg (independent), and Junaid Bajwa (independent).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said shareholders also approved authorizing the new board of directors to exercise the powers of the OGM under Paragraph (1) of Article 27 of the Companies Law.

The authorization will be valid for one year from the date of shareholders’ approval or until the end of the board’s term, whichever comes first, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Implementing Regulations of the Companies Law applicable to listed joint-stock companies.

Shareholders also approved authorizing the new board to exercise the powers of the OGM under Paragraph (2) of Article 27 of the Companies Law, for one year from the date of the General Assembly’s approval or until the end of the board’s term, whichever comes first, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Implementing Regulations of the Companies Law applicable to listed joint-stock companies.
