Multi Business Group Co. signed a contract with the Saudi Export-Import Bank (Saudi EXIM) to fit out and prepare the lender’s new headquarters, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 
The scope of work includes architectural finishing works, as well as electrical and mechanical engineering works.
The project was awarded on May 17, and the contract was dated May 25, with all required signatures completed and a copy of the contract received today, June 3.
The eight-month contract is valued at more than 25% of the company’s 2025 revenue.
Multi Business expects the related financial impact to be reflected in the second half of 2026 and the first half of 2027.
The company added that there are no related parties to the deal.
Multi Business reported revenue of SAR 135.34 million in 2025, implying a contractual value exceeding SAR 33.84 million, according to Argaam’s data.
