MSGA Investment Co.said its shareholders approved paying a cash dividend at 14% of capital, or SAR 0.14 a share, for 2025, during the ordinary general meeting held on Aug. 26, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also approved authorizing the board to pay interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for one year from the date of the approval, or until the end of the term of the authorized board, whichever comes first.

This applies to the financial years 2026 and 2027, in accordance with the terms stipulated in the regulatory rules and procedures issued pursuant to the Companies Law concerning listed joint stock companies.

According to data available with Argaam, these are the first cash dividends MSGA has distributed since its listing on the Nomu-Parallel Market last July.

The company had offered 11.11 million ordinary shares at SAR 6 per share.
