Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) renewed and amended a Shariah-compliant credit facilities agreement with Al Rajhi Bank worth SAR 2 billion. 
In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the agreement was signed and approved on Aug. 26 and will remain valid until Aug. 31.
The facilities will be utilized to finance the company’s major and minor projects, with the agreement secured by promissory notes equivalent to the facility amount.
The company noted that there are no related parties.
