Lana Medical Co.’s shareholders disapproved a board recommendation to distribute a cash dividend at 3% of capital for 2025 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 30, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
According to data available with Argaam, Lana’s board recommended earlier to distribute a cash dividend at 3% of capital, or SAR 0.03 per share, for 2025.
Lana has not distributed any cash dividends since listing on the Nomu-Parallel Market in December 2023.
