Tadawul approved Ladun’s request to transition from Nomu to TASI. Trading in the company’s shares was suspended on Aug. 26 for no more than five trading sessions to complete the transfer procedures.
Ladun’s stock closed at SAR 2.55 per share in its last trading session on Nomu, up by nearly 0.9%.
The company’s shares were listed and began trading on Nomu in June 2022. Its current capital stands at SAR 500 million, divided into 500 million shares at a nominal value of SAR 1 each.
