Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Al-Hilal Club Co. from the Public Investment Fund (PIF) after fulfilling all transaction conditions and paying the full SAR 840 million consideration.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it had paid the full transaction amount to PIF.

It said all conditions set out in the share sale and purchase agreement dated April 16, 2026, had been fulfilled as of Sept. 1, including obtaining all required regulatory approvals and no-objection clearances and meeting all internal conditions.

Kingdom Holding said there were no additional costs associated with the development and that the transaction value remained unchanged from the previously announced amount.

According to Argaam data, Kingdom Holding signed the share sale and purchase agreement with PIF in April to acquire a 70% stake in Al-Hilal Club for SAR 840 million.

The General Authority for Competition issued a decision in July stating that it had no objection to Kingdom Holding’s acquisition of the 70% stake in Al-Hilal Club.
