Tadawul trading screen
Foreign institutions on the Main Market (TASI) were net sellers of stocks worth SAR 238.9 million during the week ended July 23, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in its latest weekly report. 
Foreign institutions accounted for 40.78% of total buy transactions and 42.06% of total sell trades on TASI.
Saudi retail investors were net sellers of shares worth SAR 441.2 million, pressured mainly by individual professional investors who sold shares worth SAR 278.2 million. High-net-worth investors and individual DPMs were also net sellers of stocks worth SAR 159 million and SAR 35.1 million. Meanwhile, individual investors were net buyers of shares worth SAR 31.1 million.
Saudi institutional investors were net buyers of shares worth SAR 513.7 million, backed mainly by investment funds which bought shares worth SAR 720.2 million. Meanwhile, corporates were net sellers of shares worth SAR 160.4 million, government entities (SAR 43.8 million) and institutional DPMs (SAR 2.4 million).
