In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that shareholders approved all agenda items during the general assembly meeting.
These items included the election of board members for the upcoming term, which will begin on June 6, 2026, and last for four years, ending on June 5, 2030, using cumulative voting.
The elected members are Abdulelah Al-Drees, Abdullah Al-Rshoud, Saad Al-Drees, Yasser Al-Rashid, and Ahmed Al-Drees.
