The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the trading suspension of Aldawaa Medical Services Co. and Morabaha Marina Financing Co. (MRNA) shares today, May 13, for one trading session. 
The decision was due to the companies’ failure to disclose their financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2026, within the regulatory deadline set by Capital Market Authority (CMA) Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations.
Trade will resume on these stocks for 20 business sessions starting May 14.
The two companies must disclose their annual results by June 17. Otherwise, stocks will be suspended from June 18 until the annual earnings are disclosed.
