Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital Co. (Fakeeh Care)signed a memorandum of understanding with Samsung CT Saudi Arabia to explore cooperation in developing healthcare projects in the Kingdom and implementing AI-powered smart hospital systems.
The agreement took effect on May 14 and will remain valid for one year, with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The partnership aims to support the development of healthcare facilities and smart hospitals across the Kingdom through advanced technologies and operating models. It also includes potential joint investments in healthcare projects under an owner-operator model.
The companies said the cooperation will draw on South Korea’s experience in AI technologies and smart hospital systems.
The MoU aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 goals to expand healthcare infrastructure, integrate advanced technologies into healthcare services and strengthen the Kingdom’s position as a regional hub for healthcare innovation.
