Elm Co. signed a contract with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) to develop and operate a Product Safety Platform, with expected revenue of about 15% of its total revenue based on its audited 2025 financial statements. 
In a statement to Tadawul, Elm said the contract covers the development and operation of the Product Safety Platform for products regulated by SASO. The project includes developing an integrated digital platform that will serve as the system’s technical infrastructure, as well as carrying out other operational tasks.
The project will run for five years from the date of the project commencement minutes, the company said.
The contract is based on revenue sharing, with its value linked to the number of transactions processed. It does not have a fixed total contract value, Elm added.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to Elm’s revenue over its term and could provide opportunities to expand related services, the company said.
According to Argaam data, Elm announced in July that SASO had awarded it the contract.
Elm’s revenue totaled about SAR 9.46 billion in 2025. Based on that figure, 15% amounts to about SAR 1.42 billion.
