Dar Almarkabah’s 2 audit committee members resign over weak implementation of corporate governance procedures.
Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co. stated that Khalid Al Muqbil and Ahmed Al Saadoun resigned from the company’s audit committee, citing weak implementation of corporate governance procedures. 
In a statement to Tadawul, Dar Almarkabah said its board of directors will appoint two new members to fill the vacant positions in accordance with the applicable procedures. The company will ensure that the audit committee complies with the regulatory requirement of a minimum of three members.
The resignations became effective on July 16, and the names of the newly appointed members will be announced later in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
