Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman directed the resumption of Lebanese exports to the Kingdom, in response to a request from Lebanese President Joseph Aoun.
This comes in light of the positive steps taken by the Lebanese government toward rebuilding state institutions, the progress achieved by the relevant teams over the past year, and the cooperation and commitments provided by the Lebanese side.
During a phone call with Lebanon’s Prime Minister, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s support for Lebanon’s stability, sovereignty over its entire territory, and the well-being of its people.
He also expressed confidence that Lebanon would take all necessary measures to ensure that its territory is not used as a platform to harm neighboring countries.
