Canadian Medical Center Co. (CMCER) announced today, Sept. 24, that its board of directors decided to withdraw its previous recommendation to increase the company’s capital through a bonus share issuance.
In a statement to Tadawul, CMCER said the proposed capital hike will be reconsidered in light of its annual financial statements for 2026. The decision followed a review of the proposed increase and a reassessment of the company’s financial position.
According to Argaam data, CMCER’s board recommended in August a capital increase through the issuance of one bonus share for every four shares held by capitalizing SAR 19.25 million from retained earnings.
