The fund manager will publish the timetable for the fund’s delisting. If unitholders approve the move, trading of the fund’s units will be suspended before they are delisted from the Saudi Exchange.

The CMA said its approval should not be viewed as an endorsement of the investment’s viability, noting that the decision only confirms compliance with regulatory requirements under the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.

In December 2025, the board of Alkhabeer Growth and Income Fund approved the fund manager’s recommendation to delist the fund as a closed-ended traded investment fund and convert it into an open-ended public investment fund.

The move will allow unitholders wishing to exit and/or increase their investment to do so at the fund unit’s net asset value (NAV), according to Argaam data.
