Batic Investments and Logistics Co. announced that it was notified by its subsidiary, Smart Cities Telecommunications and Information Technology Solutions Co. (a closed joint-stock company), that it had received a court decision, dated July 26, to suspend the enforcement order and close the enforcement application related to the claim filed by Al-Qassim Region Municipality (Furas Platform) worth SAR 42.21 million, including VAT.

The claim relates to a municipal real estate investment contract (for the leasing, development, operation, and maintenance of linear, multi-level, and hydraulic smart parking facilities and parking areas in the center of Buraidah), which was terminated by the Al-Qassim Region Municipality during February 2025.

The subsidiary has since filed a petition before the Supreme Court to overturn the ruling and cancel the enforcement instrument.
