BAAN Holding plans to self-finance the project backed by global brand Hasbro.
BAAN Holding Group said the total estimated cost of its new Playocity entertainment project, in partnership with global brand Hasbro, at Westfield in Jeddah is SAR 25 million. 
In a statement on Tadawul, the group added that the project will be financed through the company’s own resources and bank facilities.
The company further noted that Wajha Contracting Co. is the main contractor for the project’s finishing works, adding that several suppliers will be contracted for the fit-out and equipment of the entertainment center.
There are no related parties involved in the project, the statement added.
According to data available on Argaam, BAAN Holding recently announced the start of construction works on its new Playocity entertainment project.
The project will occupy an area of approximately 2,600 square meters, with completion and commercial operations expected to begin in Q1 2027.
