AYYAN Investment Co. said its board accepted the resignation of CEO Raed Al-Naeem for personal reasons, effective today, Oct. 4.
AYYAN said in a statement to Tadawul that its board appointed Muhammed Al-Nuwaiser as CEO, effective with immediate effect.
Al-Nuwaiser brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial and banking sectors, having held several leadership and executive positions. Most recently, he headed Saudi National Bank’s branches in the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
His expertise spans investment, financial markets, treasury, liquidity management, financing and capital, as well as strategy development and execution, operational efficiency and corporate governance, the company said.
Al-Nuwaiser holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a master’s degree in advanced finance from IE University in Madrid.
