Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) renewed SAR 120 million in Shariah-compliant credit facilities with National Bank of Kuwait (NBK). The facility agreement was signed in October 2025.
In a statement to Tadawul, 2P said it secured the facilities today, Oct. 4, with a tenure running through Oct. 4, 2027. The facility is secured by a promissory note covering its full value.
The facility will finance new project contracts and support the issuance of letters of credit and guarantees, the company added. No related parties are related to the agreement.
