Arabian Pipes Co. (APC) signed a contract on June 30 with Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) to manufacture and supply steel pipes for SAR 133 million, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The contract has a duration of nine months, with the relevant financial impact expected to appear in the first and second quarters of 2027.
The deal included no related parties, the statement added.
