Arab Sea Information Systems Co. shareholders refused during an ordinary general meeting to discharge the board members from liability for 2025. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said shareholders also rejected the proposed payment of SAR 756,510 in remuneration to board members for 2025.
Shareholders approved the remaining items on the meeting’s agenda.
