Arab Sea Information Systems Co.appointed Abdullah Al-Hawas as Chairman and Haitham Al-Suhaibani as Vice Chairman of its board for a three-year term ending Sept. 16, 2029.

Al-Hawas will serve as a non-executive director, while Al-Suhaibani will serve as an executive director, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Exchange.

The board also formed its committees and appointed the board secretary for its sixth term, which began on Sept. 17, 2026.

The nomination and remuneration committee comprises Abdulaziz Al-Khalifah, Faisal Al-Nafie, and Abdulaziz Al-Mutlaq.

The audit committee comprises Mohammed Al-Hazim as Chairman, Nasser Al-Oufi, and Khalid Al-Hoshan.

The company also appointed its representatives before the Capital Market Authority and Saudi Exchange for matters related to the Capital Market Law, Companies Law, and their implementing regulations, as well as other relevant regulations and the Rules on the Offering of Securities and Continuing Obligations.
