Anaam Holding’s shareholders rejected paying board remuneration for the last 3 years
Anaam International Holding Group said its shareholders rejected the payment of board remuneration for 2023, 2024, and 2025 during an ordinary general meeting (OGM), according to a statement to Tadawul.
The proposed remuneration amounted to SAR 1.45 million, SAR 700,000, and SAR 1 million, respectively.
Shareholders rejected granting a discharge of liability to the board members for 2025. They also approved all other items on the agenda, the statement added.
