Alramz Real Estate Co. signed an agreement to establish a Shariah-compliant real estate investment fund, managed by SNB Capital, with a target size exceeding SAR 3.6 billion to develop a mixed-use residential and commercial project in Al Raed District, Al Jawhara Plan in Riyadh.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the company owns 100% of the fund units. The project will be developed on a site spanning more than 90,000 square meters and is expected to include 2,505 residential apartments along with commercial spaces.

The company said the development contract is valued at approximately SAR 1.2 billion, with further details to be announced later. Development fees are set at 10%, while marketing fees amount to 2.5% of total sales. The company confirmed that no related parties are involved.

The agreement has a term of approximately five years, ending upon completion of sales.

Alramz expects the transaction to positively support its financial performance between 2026 and 203.
