Bahri continued to post strong third-quarter results despite an exceptionally complex operating environment, reflecting its resilient business model, strong fleet and disciplined strategy execution, Alsubaey said in a company statement.

He said the company swiftly adapted to changing trade flows and evolving customer requirements while maintaining reliable transportation of essential goods within Saudi Arabia and across global markets.

The ability to navigate market cycles is becoming increasingly important in a sector where flexibility, scale and adaptability are as critical as capacity, he added.

Bahri continues to modernize and diversify its fleet, strengthen its core shipping and logistics businesses, and expand cautiously into new segments, including gas and ammonia transportation, he said.

Bahri’s profit rose to SAR 9.98 billion in the first nine months of 2026, compared with SAR 1.45 billion in the year-earlier period, while third-quarter profit reached SAR 5.09 billion, according to Argaam data.
