Almasar Alshamil Education Co. signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the partners of Al Qalam Educational Trading Co., a LLC, to assess the potential acquisition of a 60% stake, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The MoU was signed on June 18, 2026, and will remain valid until Sept. 30, 2026, subject to extension. No financial advisor was appointed, while specialized advisors will be named to complete the due diligence process.
