Modern Mills appointed Majed Nofal as CEO, effective July 1
Modern Mills for Food Products Co. said its board approved, on June 20, the end of Ahmed Hijazi‘s assignment as Acting CEO, effective July 1, 2026.
He will, however, continue in his original role as Vice President of the Feed Business, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The board appointed Majed Mazen Nofal as CEO, effective as of the same date.
Nofal has more than 25 years of experience in food production, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and industrial manufacturing across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, having held positions at several leading companies.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the College of Business Administration (CBA) at King Saud University. He also completed the executive and strategic leadership development program at IMD and the international finance program at INSEAD.
