Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) approved SNB Capital’s request to conduct market-making activities on three stocks listed on the Main Market, effective Oct. 5, 2026.

In a statement on its website, the exchange said the market-making obligations for Almarai will be a minimum order presence of 80% and a minimum order size of SAR 75,000 witha maximum spread of 0.65%, while minimum traded value is not applicable.

The market-making obligations for Al Rajhi Bank will be a minimum order presence of 80%, a minimum order size of SAR 250,000 and maximum spread: 0.65%, while minimum traded value is not applicable.

Meanwhile, the market-making obligations for Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC) will be as a minimum order presence of 80%, a minimum order size of SAR 250,000 and a maximum spread of 0.65%, with minimum traded value not applicable.

Tadawul further noted that SNB Capital will conduct market-making activities in accordance with the Market Making Regulations and Procedures.
