Thimar Development Holding Co. said its board approved rebranding one of its wholly owned subsidiaries. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the subsidiary’s name was changed from Wasmi and Thimar Meat Co. to Thimrah Fresh Co.
The subsidiary’s scope of business was expanded to include professional, scientific and technical activities, alongside its existing trade and industrial activities in the agricultural and food sectors.
Thimar said the move is part of the company’s strategy and aligns with its objectives.
