Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed a SAR 101.32 million contract with National Water Co. (NWC) to operate and maintain water and wastewater networks in Al Khobar, excluding VAT. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract runs for 36 months, adding that the project’s financial impact is expected to be reflected in Q4 2026.
AWPT received the contract after all relevant parties completed the signing process on Aug. 11, prompting the disclosure.
It is worth noting that the company previously announced the contract award in July.
