Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co. stated that board member Saleh Al-Harithi resigned, citing weak corporate governance. The resignation will take effect on July 19, 2026. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that its board of directors will take the necessary steps to appoint a replacement to fill the vacant position in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
The company added that the new board member will be announced later in line with the applicable rules and instructions.
Dar Almarkabah announced on July 19 the resignations of Khalid Al-Moqbel and Ahmed Al-Saadoun from the audit committee, also citing weak implementation of the company’s corporate governance procedures, according Argaam data.
