Watani Steel submits transfer request through the e-system.
Watani SteelCo. applied yesterday July 15 to transfer its listing to the Main Market (TASI) through the e-system designated by the relevant regulatory authorities. 
According to Argaam data, the company’s board approved the transfer to TASI in August 2023.
Watani Steel listed on Nomu-Parallel Market in February 2021. It currently has a capital of SAR 181.65 million, divided into 181.65 million shares with a par value of SAR 1 per share.
