The company is working with Goldman Sachs Group and HSBC Holdings on the potential listing, the sources said. The listing is expected to take place this year, the report said.

No final decisions have been made, said the sources, adding that details, including the size and timing of the offering, remain under discussion.

NourNet was established in 1998 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nour Communications. It began as an internet service provider for the business sector and gradually expanded into value-added information and communications technology (ICT) services, including cloud computing, managed IT services, security and cybersecurity, and data center management, according to Argaam’s data.

In October 2022, Investcorp announced that an investment vehicle managed by the company had acquired a majority stake in NourNet.
