Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) fell 4% in the second quarter of 2026, shedding about 450 points to close at 10,800, compared with 11,250 at the end of the first quarter.
Despite the quarterly decline, the index retained its 3% gain year to date (+309 points), compared to its end-2025 close of 10,491, after posting a 7.2% rise in the first quarter.
The second-quarter performance was weighed by several developments, most notably the conflict between the United States and Iran, volatility in oil prices, and the decision to keep interest rates unchanged.
