GAS Arabian Services Co. (GAS) signed a long-term agreement (LTA) with Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco)to provide in-plant services across various technical disciplines.
This includes mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, communication, painting, and civil and structural works, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, June 3.
The agreement is valid for an initial period of six years, with the possibility of extension for two additional periods of three years each, totaling a potential 12 years.
The financial impact of the deal will depend on the size and scope of the work to be carried out under the relevant contracts or purchase order, the statement added.
Any material financial impact will be announced in due course, in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions, GAS further stated.
