Dar Albalad for Business Solutions Co.’s shares continued their gains during their second session on the Main Market (TASI), trading between SAR 12.62 and SAR 14.12, bringing its gains to around 45% compared to the listing price of SAR 9.75.
The stock recorded trading of around 22 million shares, with a value exceeding SAR 300 million, executed through more than 24,000 trades within two hours of the opening.

The stock will trade in the first three days with daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively. From the fourth trading day onwards, the daily price fluctuation limits will revert to ±10%, while the static price limits will no longer apply.
The company offered 21 million shares in its IPO, representing 30% of its SAR 70 million capital, divided into 70 million shares with a nominal value of SAR 1 per share.
