The closing auction and trade-at-last on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) saw today, May 21, a total of 25,641 transactions on nearly 128 million shares, at a traded value of about SAR 5.7 billion. 
It is likely that the MSCI periodic index review transactions for Tadawul were executed today, as they were originally scheduled to be implemented at the close of the May 29 trading session, which falls on a Friday and coincides with the Eid Al-Adha holiday.
If executed, the transactions would take place during the auction period and trading-at-closing-price.
