The stock will resume trading for 20 working days starting Feb. 13. Tihama is required to disclose its financial statements by March 13, otherwise the stock will be suspended from March 13.
Last week, Tihama announced that it was unable to publish its preliminary financial results for the third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, as the audit process was not complete.
