Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co.signed a loan agreement with the Agricultural Development Fund (ADF) at a value of SAR 150 million.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company explained that the loan will be paid in five annual installments following the grace period starting on Sept. 7, 2027, and ending on Sept. 7, 2031, according to the payment schedule with ADF.
It added that promissory notes were provided as guarantees for the financing.
According to the company, the financing comes as part of the Liquid Fuel Displacement Program, contributing to the financing of the internal conversion project costs.
As per Argaam’sdata, the company’s board of directors approved, on Jan. 28, to proceed with the project to provide electricity to its facilities in Busaita Center, Al-Jouf Region, as part of the Liquid Fuel Displacement Program, with an estimated budget of SAR 500 million.
